How to order
Read carefully to avoid misunderstandings and delays !

General terms:
  • All prices quoted in EURO. Prices may be changed due to currency fluctations. 
  • All orders must be prepaid.
  • Any offer subject unsold. Issues from current year (2008) normally in stock.
    We keep older issues listed as long as they are available from the postal authorities. 
    If we do not have them in stock we will backorder the missing issues and send to
    you with your next order. Please state when ordering if such backorder service is NOT wanted. 
  • Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 
    up to 14 days in busy periods.
  • Pre-release listed new issues will not be shipped before the date stated in
    brackets in the "updates" listings.
  • Satisfaction guaranteed - returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days.
How to order:
  • When ordering please state clearly your name and adress, order codes and
    required quantity for each issue. Please also include details as requested below
    for preferred payment option.

    • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
      Card number, expiry date and CVC (3-digits on the reverse side of
      your card) must be stated in your order. No additional charges.
    • PayPal
      We will send you a authorization e-mail when your order is ready
      for shipping. A 4% PayPal charge will be added.
    • Bank account transfer
      Request details.
    • Cash payment
      Request details.

      If any of these details is missing, we are unable to start
      processing your order.

Postage and handling
  • Postage is always FREE. 
    Small orders below EUR 50,00 will be added EUR 3,50 for handling.
    Additional insurance required for shipments to certain countries. Request details.
